WATT, Victor Robert; (born Newcastle 1886 – died Gordon, NSW, 1970), Landscape Painter in Watercolour. He is best known for his lightly washed Pastoral Scenes, which usually have a photo quality. He was also Manager at Swains Gallery, Sydney. His works are represented in many Institutional and Private Collections in Australia.
